Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services operate STRICTLY within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
After placing your order, please allow an estimated 7-13 business days for your item to be processed and arrive at our local dispatch facility. This includes quality checks to ensure your product meets our standards. Following this, your order will be dispatched via our courier partners (like Aramex or PUDO). You will receive a tracking number via email at this stage with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
What if my order is delayed?
If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email.
For heavy delays, we’ll send you a discount code as compensation — the longer the delay, the larger the discount.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all products, nationwide.
What is Shipping Insurance?
We offer an optional Shipping Insurance for R60 at checkout. This protects your order against damage or loss during transit. If your package is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, we will replace it at no extra cost. This insurance ensures that if any damages or losses occur, we can resolve the situation promptly. By choosing shipping insurance, you can expect a smoother claims process compared to relying solely on couriers, which can sometimes take longer. We highly recommend opting for shipping insurance for your peace of mind!
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item and the packaging. This 24-hour window is crucial for us to process any claims with our couriers and insurance. Reports received after 24 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Yoco and PayFast for secure payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

Are your products brand new?
Absolutely. All of our products are brand new and sourced for their great quality.
Special Imported Phones
How long is delivery for Special Import phones?
Special Import items are ordered on-demand. Please allow 8-15 business days for your phone to be imported and inspected at our facility. After inspection, it will be dispatched via our local courier network (e.g., Aramex, PUDO), and you will receive a tracking number. We highly recommend adding Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect against transit loss or damage.
What does "CN ROM" or "Global ROM" mean?
As these are special imports, devices come in different software versions (e.g., Global ROM, CN ROM). CN (Chinese) versions may have Google Play pre-installed, but some specific apps (like Android Auto, Google Wallet, or DSTV) may have compatibility issues in South Africa. It is the customer's responsibility to review the product description and understand the software version they are purchasing.
What is the return/warranty policy for Special Imports?
Due to the nature of special orders, returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is in its original, sealed, and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This policy does not cover items damaged in transit; please see our 24-hour damage reporting policy in the "Shipping & Delivery" section. We provide a 1-month warranty that covers *factory faults only*. This warranty does not cover software issues, app compatibility, or user-inflicted damage.
Are there any extra customs fees?
No. For all South African orders, the price you see is the final price you pay. All customs and import duties are handled by us.
